Cancellation by User
- Cancellation Window: You can cancel most services free of charge within a specific cancellation window. This window varies depending on the service and is clearly indicated on the booking confirmation page.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel after the designated cancellation window, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is typically a percentage of the service price and is displayed during the cancellation process.
- No-Shows: If you fail to cancel a booking and do not show up for the service, you may be charged the full price of the service.
Cancellation by Service Provider
- In the event that a Service Provider needs to cancel a booking, Abra will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and assist you in rescheduling or finding an alternative provider.
- If a suitable alternative cannot be found, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled service.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can easily cancel or reschedule your booking through the Abra app:
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you wish to cancel or reschedule
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Exceptions
- Some services may have specific cancellation policies that differ from the general policy. These specific policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
- In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, Abra may waive cancellation fees at its discretion.
Refunds
- If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 4 business days.
