By downloading, installing, or using the Abra app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Abra app.

- You must create an account to use the Abra app.

- All service prices are pre-approved and displayed in the app.
- You agree to provide accurate information about your service requirements and location when booking a service.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with the service details.
5. Service Providers
- Abra conducts background checks on all Service Providers to ensure your safety and security.
- Service Providers are responsible for providing the services as described in the app.
- You agree to treat Service Providers with respect and courtesy.
- Any complaints or issues with a Service Provider should be reported to Abra Customer Support.
6. Payments
- Payment for services can be made through the Abra app using various payment methods.
- You agree to pay the full price for the service as displayed in the app.
- Abra may offer promotions and discounts on services from time to time.
7. Cancellations and Reschedulings
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking subject to the cancellation policy of the specific service.
- Cancellations or reschedulings made outside the cancellation window may be subject to a fee.
8. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the Service Provider to perform the service.
- You are responsible for any damages caused by you or anyone in your household during the service.
- You agree not to use the Abra app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
- The Abra app and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the Abra app without permission.
10. Disclaimer
- Abra provides a platform to connect Users and Service Providers. Abra does not endorse or guarantee the quality of any service provided.
- Abra is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using the services.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Abra's liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service.
12. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold Abra harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Abra app or services.

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.
